Experience asana (posture) practice in new and liberating ways with the use of wall ropes.
Wall ropes help facilitate spinal and large joint traction, refine alignment, and increase strength and flexibility,
as they bring balance to the body.The practice is very focused, but also playful. Karunta translates as puppet.
